Podcasts & Live Streaming

Make room for a conversation worth watching

The best shows give people a reason to return. We help you decide who the conversation is for, what the format should be and how each episode can earn its place in someone's day. You bring the expertise. We help shape the show and handle the production.

Our Green Bay studios offer multiple sets, 4K cameras, studio microphones and lighting. Choose studio rental or support from recording through editing. For events and live streams, we can bring the multicamera setup to your location.

Choose the right format

One production can have several useful lives

Start with the audience and the job the content needs to do. Then choose the recording format, publishing rhythm and versions that support it.

Audio-first shows

An audio audience cannot see a product, slide or gesture. A strong outline, clear introductions and descriptive questions help the episode make sense without pictures.

Leadership and expert interviews

A remote audience needs more than a camera at the back of the room. Plan clear sound, useful camera angles, readable presentations and a deliberate start and finish.

Recording gives a session a life beyond the room. Identify speakers, capture presentation material and agree on how questions, breaks and private discussions should be handled.

THE THINKING BEHIND THE WORK

Our approach

The live audience and the remote audience need different things

In the room, people can follow a speaker, turn toward a question or read the atmosphere. Online, they see what the production shows them. We plan the run of show around that difference: when to cut closer, when the presentation should take over and how to make the sound understandable. For recorded shows, the same thinking helps us protect the natural rhythm of a conversation without leaving the viewer behind.

Tools with a purpose

A production setup built around the conversation

The equipment should make the show easier to follow. We choose coverage, sound and presentation around the people taking part and the way the audience will watch.

Multicamera coverage

A wider view establishes the room; closer views help viewers follow the speaker. We plan camera positions together so the cuts feel intentional rather than simply switching angles.

Sound before spectacle

Microphone placement, speaker levels and room noise deserve attention before recording begins. For an event, we coordinate the relationship between the room's sound system and the broadcast feed.

A set that fits the show

LED accent colors and video-wall imagery can be customized for the brand. Virtual production offers another option when the show needs a different environment.

A live plan with a rehearsal

Before an event, confirm the destination, venue connection, presentation sources and speaker cues. Agree on recording and contingency needs in the scope, then rehearse the important transitions.

Working with Creative Edge

You can focus on the people in front of you

Production support should take work off your plate, from the first format decision to the files your team needs after recording.

01

Help with the show, not just the record button

Creative Edge Podcasts supports format and content strategy alongside production. That gives the recording a purpose before cameras and microphones are set.

02

A practical plan for recurring content

Consistent framing, a reusable outline and clear review responsibilities make the next session easier to organize. We can plan several related conversations together when the guests and schedule allow.

03

An edit with more than one destination

Decide which complete episodes, audio versions and short clips are needed before the shoot. That lets framing, pacing and handoffs support the publishing plan from the start.

From discovery to delivery

From the first show idea to a repeatable production

Explore each stage to see what happens, where your team is involved and which decisions keep the work moving.

We discuss your audience, the purpose of the show and what a useful episode should deliver. For an event, we start with the schedule, venue and remote viewing experience.

Choose the setting, coverage and deliverables. Confirm participants, permissions, presentation sources and any live broadcast requirements before production day.

Check framing, sound and speaker comfort. For live work, walk through the run of show and test the key handoffs so everyone understands the cues.

The team manages the agreed production while the host and guests concentrate on the conversation. Keep space for a second take or a useful follow-up when recording allows.

Complete the agreed edit and review. Prepare the required versions and clips, with clear filenames and a handoff that fits the channels your team will use.

Podcast and live streaming questions

Ask our team
Can I rent the studio or have you handle the whole production?

Both are available through Creative Edge Podcasts. We can discuss a studio rental or a production package with the recording and post-production support you need.

Do I need a finished show concept before contacting you?

No. A useful starting point is who you want to reach and what you know that could help them. We can work through the format, episode structure and practical recording plan together.

Should I record video if I mainly want an audio podcast?

Think about where the audience will discover the show and whether seeing the conversation adds value. Video can provide useful promotional material, but the audio should still work without the pictures. We can help weigh that against the production scope.

Can you record at our office or cover an event?

Yes. Our team offers on-location multicamera podcast, event and live stream production. We review access, space, power, sound and connection requirements with the venue before confirming the setup.

What should we check before planning a live stream?

Confirm the venue, destination, schedule, speaker count and presentation sources early. A stream depends on the complete chain, including the venue connection and platform access. Agree on who owns each part and leave time for a technical rehearsal.

Can you create short clips from an episode?

Yes. Short-form editing is one of our podcast services. Before recording, decide how the clips will be used and whether vertical, square or landscape versions are needed. That helps avoid awkward crops or moments that need more context.

How long should an episode be?

Long enough to deliver something useful, with a format the team can sustain. Start with the subject and audience rather than a fixed duration. A focused answer may make a short episode; a deeper interview needs enough room to develop.

What determines the production cost?

The recording time, crew, coverage, location, live requirements and finishing scope all matter. Recurring shows also need a review and publishing rhythm that the team can maintain. We will work through those details before recommending a scope.
